Refund Policy

 

Pre-CanSkate, CanSkate & Can-StarSkate Refund Policy

I acknowledge the cancellation Policy whereby the skater has 2 weeks from the first session to withdraw from the Program if they are not adapting well into the program. A refund will be given for the fees EXCLUDING the $80 Registration & Skate Canada Fee as this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
 

StarSkate Refund Policy

I acknowledge the cancellation Policy whereby the skater has 2 weeks from the first session to withdraw from the Program if they are not adapting well into the program. A refund will be given for the fees EXCLUDING the $80 Registration & Skate Canada Fee as this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
 

PowerSkate Refund Policy

I acknowledge the cancellation Policy whereby the skater has 6 days from the first session to withdraw from the Program if they are not adapting well into the program. A refund will be pro-rated for the fees EXCLUDING the $80 Registration & Skate Canada Fee as this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
 

Adult Synchro Skating Team

I acknowledge the cancellation Policy whereby the skater has 2 weeks from the first session to withdraw from the Program if they are not adapting well into the program. A refund will be given for the fees EXCLUDING the $80 Registration & Skate Canada Fee as this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
 

Off-Ice Training

I acknowledge the cancellation Policy whereby the skater has 6 days from the first session to withdraw from the Program if they are not adapting well into the program. A refund will be given for the fees.
 
** There are no exceptions to the refund policies and any request will be subject to a vote by the Skate Ponoka Executive Board if not requested within the allowed time cut off. **
